Shocker is a main quest villain found in the Abandoned Subway area.
He is initially seen teaming up with the Rhino in Hell's kitchen.
After Daredevil thwarts their bank heist and incapacitates Rhino, Shocker escapes.
It is then up to the player to track down and apprehend him.
